Deleted - they made me jump through hoops to do it and that alone was enough to make me go through the process.

Yeah. I had one purely so I could look at pictures and movies on other peoples things, but I don't need to do that much anymore, and can probably use bugmenot for it from now on.

It's alright for some. And at least they're better than Facebook, who allow you to make your account 'inactive', but you have to actually email them and bitch repeatedly to get your account deactivated.

And yes, I am, barring attacks of flying monkeys, swimming slugs, or hopping semi-sentient computer speakers.. I've even sorted out a bunch of jpgs for the 'who would play him in the film', though I need to sit down and work out the background beyond the pair of vague sentences/images I have in my mind.
