A link of "Awww"-ness, and a question

Johnny Depp rocks. Not only does he do good things (giving £1 million to Great Ormond Street, reading to children as Jack Sparrow), he does them without making a fuss about them. Via

Now the question: Should I keep on posting links on my journal to stuff I think people will find interesting? I've got a fairly widely spread reading list, both through LJ and elsewhere, and I do often see things that I think others might find interesting.
Are people finding it interesting? I've been doing it a bit more recently, and I'm debating whether or not I want to carry on, and feedback on whether my links are interesting or "Eh" or "Seeeeeeen iiiiit" would be useful.
