I'm generally in favour of voting every chance one gets. As you'd imagine.

So I'm pretty disappointed that the turnout is so low and that so many people appear to have spoilt their ballots.

But what a farce? Not so much the Commissioners. I'd rather them than what we're getting in Scotland. But the process of promoting the roles.
