Total derail, but while the Edinburgh Eye piece was spot on in terms of content, I wonder what you thought of it from a graphic design point of view? It really wasn't clear to me (until reading the article) that the red text all over the Daily Mail cartoon had been added as commentary rather than being part of the original image, which was confusing to say the least.

I got the impression that it was an image from social media that had been put into the page as-is — that someone else had put those comments on it, it'd started being shared around FB or wherever, then that piece was written incorporating it.

But yeah, it is a rather confusing image, both for what you mention, and because people always forget that red text doesn't stand out that well on black or grey backgrounds.
