Is this the old lady that used to (possibly still does) stand on Exeter High Street, with her signs saying weird stuff, and her pamphlets saying weirder stuff?



As you can see, she's standing on what looks like it might well be part of Exeter High Street, with a sign, saying weird stuff, holding pamphlets.

I think it is. Though usually her signs quoted chapter and verse. I seem to recall "Harry Potter will burn in a lake of fire! Deuteronomy 25:12" or somethibng along those lines as one of hers.

Also: not standing, sitting on those godawful bits of street furniture they installed a few years back. I'm pretty sure it's Exeter.
