So, currently in a bit of a limbo, as I'm waiting for stuff from my Solicitor so I can move into the flat in London. But until I do so, there's not much else I can do. Looking for a job down here seems pointless as I want to head to London ASAP when I can, but it leaves me rather bereft of occupation till that point.

That berry sounds fantastic. I never knew anything like it existed. Very cool.

Ken Macleod described the Singularity as the 'Rapture of the nerds', which I think about sums it up. I think it's an interesting idea, and some entertaining books have been written on the basis of it, but I don't think it's a highly-likely possibility.
