In terms of what is externalised, your confidence shows (which is a good thing and makes you come across as engaging and competent) but I've not noticed any of the 'what am I doing?' internal monologues, so I think you're doing an effective job at keeping that under wraps, which I assume it the intention there!
As someone who has known you a long time, it's been really awesome seeing that growth in confidence. To me it makes you seem happier (which I hope is a true reflection) and, sappy as I am, and having spent so much of my own life being miserable, I really love seeing my friends being happy. :)
