He wasn't sentenced for shouting though, but for going into an area where he wasn't allowed to be, breaking into a room where a private meeting was going on, and _then_ shouting at the Prime Minister.
And, presumably, for this not being the first time he's engaged in deliberately disruptive behaviour, considering his past encounter with Nick Clegg.
