Help me internet!

Is there a word for the seasons change? For the moment or process of changing from Spring to Summer, or Summer to Autumn, etc? A google search suggests 'Rithubhedam' is a word for it in a local language in India, but I'm wondering if there are any other terms for it.

Reason for the asking is I'm writing up a weather goddess for an RPG I'm playing in, where all those who work for the Bureau of Seasons are responsible for both a weather type, and a time of the year (be it a day, a month, a season or whatever). She's the Goddess of waterspounts, and from that it seems appropriate that she be also be the goddess of the transition from Descending Air to Ascending Water (five seasons named by the elements, each has three months, which are Ascending, Resplendent and Descending).

Or you could try Chinese, seeing as Exalted is based off a lot of Oriental mishmash culture. Or you could go for a lesser known dialect of Chinese or maybe one of the Indonesian languages for a word that's fairly uniqe but gets the point across.

(I've guessed it's Exalted from the Bureau and names of the seasons, if I'm wrong... oh well, my suggestion still stands).
