fearmeforiampink: (shouldn't have done that)

Conservative Party co-treasurer Peter Cruddas offered access to the prime minister and chancellor for £250,000, the Sunday Times has alleged.

Edit: Further news: Tory co-treasurer Peter Cruddas set to quit over cash-for-access claim

Edit the Second: And there he goes

And now time for the blatant plug: Send a letter to Mark Harper, Political and Constitutional Reform Minister, who's in charge of the current (rather crap) proposals for a register of Lobbyists. Or if you're near Birmingham, go to the public meeting we've organised that he'll be at.

(Apologies for slightly spamming this; posted the thing about the public meeting, then suddenly stuff hits the news relating to it. Once again, I make an admission of interest, that I work for Unlock Democracy, and we're campaigning on this sort of stuff)
