So, shortly I shall be 26. And commemerating such would be quite nice.
Currently I'm looking to be fiendishly extravagant, and do it twice. Though probably slightly lower key both times.
This coming weekend
Is a Zeitgeist LARP weekend (can someone remind me which game is when, please!), which means a fair few people I know will be around.
Given that people come down for Saturday/Sunday, doing something Saturday evening seems the best as regards partying type stuff, though once again I've little idea as to what's good and will be on.
Also, doing something before the game on the Sunday may also be possible – Lunch, wandering around Camden (where I may go hat shopping, or otherwise seek myself a present for myself).
Next weekend (after the coming one)
I am planning on heading down to Brighton. One of the main things I will be doing down there is spending some time with my brother, but I'm also open to other offers from Brighton types for things to do. Given that the Saturday itself is my birthday, some kind of Birthday Meal seems a good idea, and a suitable time for bringing everyone together – both family and friends.
Not sure when, whether lunch or dinner, or where is best for that. I'll be chatting to my brother about it, but would also appreciate any other advice anyone has to offer on that.
I may well update or repost this, as plans become more clear. But I'll probably stick it under a cut then.
