I don't like dogs *twitch*

LARP today was good, some issues with certain players but lots of running at people screaming and attacking. But I have to admit the end was spoiled a bit for me by running into an old phobia, and I'm still feeling somewhat "Aaarrrgghh".

Because of almost getting bitten by one when aged about five, I'm not really comfortable with dogs and today I had one barking loudly at me a foot or two from my face. To be fair on the dog, its master was RPing threateningly at me, and he had no idea about my issues with dogs. But it really wasn't fun, and had it carried on I would have likely dropped out of character and asked him to get it to bugger off. As it was, I was trying to stay in character and not spoil the tone, which of course meant I had to stay with my legs immobiliised...

Anyways, I'm going to finish my cup of tea, and then curl up in bed I think. And try and get some sleep for more LARP tomorrow (which, I'm glad to say, we can be fairly sure will be dog free)
